You can cancel the binding. The specific cancellation method is:

1. Find the app store application on your phone and click to enter.

2. Find the apple id at the bottom of the opened interface and click to enter.

3. In the opened interface, click to view apple id.

4. In the account settings interface that opens, click Payment Information.

5. Select the payment method as None to unbind the credit card.
