Generally, it takes 1 working day for a merchant to review, and a refund or quota will be received about one week after the approval!
3. If the order status is "outbound" or "completed", you can apply for a return. Please enter "Apply for After-sale" of the order details in "Pocket Mall"-"Personal Center"-"All Orders" to initiate a return. Merchants generally review for 3 working days. If the merchant does not handle it within 5 days, the system will automatically agree to your return application. Please rest assured!
At the same time, please send the goods back within 7 days and fill in the logistics information, otherwise the return will fail.
