1 Handheld Life Inquiry
Download the Rural Credit Cooperative mobile APP client "Handheld Life" application software. The first step is to click "Card. Payment" in the menu bar below and a pop-up will appear. In the second step after the menu, click "Card Application Progress" and enter the customer's ID number.
2 Official website query
Enter the URL, see "Application Progress Query" on the "Application for Credit Card" section on the homepage, click to enter to enter the query page. Then enter the "card type", "document type", and "document number" for the card you are applying for (please keep the numbers entered consistent with those on the application form), and then click Query to see the relevant progress display.
If the "Application Progress Query Failed" prompt box appears, you can click "Want to know the reason for failure" in the dialog box to find out why the query failed (it may be that the application materials have not arrived).
3 Check through the 24-hour customer service hotline
Call the 24-hour credit card service hotline of the Rural Credit Cooperative, press the 3# key after being connected, then press the 1 key, and enter your identity according to the voice prompts You can check the certificate number.
