(1) The cardholder logs into the personal online bank of China Industrial and Commercial Bank;

(2) Select Customer Service-Points Management-Points Redemption-Gift in kind-Select "Credit Card Points-I want to redeem"-and enter the redemption interface;

(3) Select the gift and quantity to be redeemed. If the points are consistent, the sending interface will pop up. You can choose the default mailing address or re-enter the mailing address and postal code (note: please enter the correct contact number in the address bar to send the gift effectively);

(4) After the redemption is completed, the customer's credit card points are deducted in real time, and a redemption file is generated.
