Job type: employee
Interview location: Shanghai
Recruitment company: Industrial Bank Co., Ltd.
I went to Industrial Bank for an interview the day before yesterday, and it was very late when I returned to my dormitory, so I didn't have time to write down my feelings about the interview that day. Let's briefly talk about it now.
On that day, I transferred three cars and finally arrived at Dongchen Building near Pudong Century Park, feeling that the place was still very remote. When the elevator went up to the 14th floor and came out, I saw the words "Industrial Bank Credit Card Center" behind the front desk, only to make sure that I didn't go to the wrong place. I thought this time it would be the same as the last interview with the Bank of Shanghai. There were hundreds of people waiting there, but I didn't expect the whole conference room to be filled with only twenty people, which greatly exceeded my expectations.
After waiting for about fifteen minutes, someone finally came to entertain us, gave each of us a test paper and set a time to start the written test. The topic of the written test is not difficult, but it is not simple either. It is always divided into four parts: intellectual problem, logical reasoning problem, personality test question and a subjective question and answer question. At last, it is actually about 5 words, which feels like writing a composition. As soon as the written test was over, I began to wait for the interview ...
There were 23 people who came for the interview, and I ranked 11th. I thought it would be my turn soon, but I waited for nearly 2 hours! In the process of waiting, two people actually left because they couldn't wait.
I'm never nervous about this one-on-one interview, but the long wait still makes me inexplicably nervous. After listening to the students who came out of the interview, they said that there were two unprofessional HR's, and they were all trembling, so I had nothing to be afraid of.
it's my turn at last. Walking into the interview room, I felt a little depressed, but my mood was very relaxed. It was completely different from the last interview with Shanghai Bank. Last time I faced seven very professional people, but this time I only had two "amateurs" who were easy to handle. Sitting face to face with them, I feel like HR, but they are the students who come for an interview.
In about 5 minutes, I came out of the room. Looking back, they just asked me a few questions about my personality, hobbies, etc. I can't remember the details, but I felt good about myself. However, when I asked them whether they signed the contract by personnel dispatch, they were somewhat vague, which made me suspicious. If it was personnel dispatch, I would definitely not consider it. As a senior who interviewed with us said, "MFN treatment" can be dispensed with, but "national treatment" can never be abandoned-a classic metaphor.
the rest is to wait for a phone call in two weeks.
