3. The minimum repayment amount may be less than 10%. At present, most banks still set the minimum repayment amount at 10%, and some set it at 5% or even lower;
4. Overdraft interest rates set upper and lower limits. In the past, credit cards that exceeded the interest-free period were based on the minimum repayment amount. Interest is calculated at a daily interest rate of 5/10,000, and the new rules set upper and lower limits for the overdraft interest rate. The upper limit is the daily interest rate of 5/10,000, and the lower limit is 0.7 times the daily interest rate of 5/10,000, which is generally between 0.035% and 0.05%. interval.

Whoever steals a credit card and uses it for the crime of theft shall be convicted and punished in accordance with the provisions of Article 264 of this Law.
