CCB generally calls fixed telephones for collection, and there are also mobile phones, but there are few. Some criminals will pretend to be banks to make phone calls. You can take your ID card to the nearby China Construction Bank to check if there are any outstanding credit cards under your name. If not, don't answer such calls in the future. Definitely not from CCB.
