Outside the country, you can withdraw local currency or equivalent foreign currency at the bank counter marked with VISA or MasterCard with valid identity documents and credit cards.

2. Cash withdrawal limit and limit
1) The cash advance limit is set according to the card usage, which is included in the credit limit of a credit card, generally 5% of the credit limit (1% for Y-Power card). Please log in to online banking, mobile banking or call the 24-hour customer service hotline of the credit card center for details.
2) Cash advance limit:
① Credit card overdraft at home and abroad shall not exceed 2, RMB or equivalent foreign currency per card per day.
② If there is enough excess deposit, use credit cards to withdraw cash at home and abroad:
When RMB accounts are withdrawn at domestic automatic teller machines (ATMs), the daily accumulated amount of each card shall not exceed RMB 2,; At present, the accumulated daily amount of each card shall not exceed 1, yuan or equivalent foreign currency when it is withdrawn from overseas China UnionPay networked ATMs; At the same time, at present, the daily total amount of each card should not exceed RMB 2, or its equivalent in foreign currency at the domestic and overseas China UnionPay networked automatic teller machines (ATMs);
when a foreign currency account withdraws cash in local currency overseas, the total withdrawal amount shall not exceed the equivalent of USD 1, per day, USD 5, per month and USD 1, per half year.
3) Because consumption and cash withdrawal enjoy credit limit, in addition to the above limit, the actual available cash withdrawal limit of the credit card is also affected by the available credit limit of the credit card. Please keep abreast of the accounting situation so as not to affect the normal use of the card due to insufficient available credit limit and available cash withdrawal limit.
* Overflow deposit refers to the remaining money after the cardholder has repaid all the payable funds, and interest on the deposit is not paid for the overflow deposit.
3. Calculation of credit line and cash withdrawal fee for overflow deposits
1) Cash withdrawal of credit line refers to the cardholder's overdraft withdrawal with credit line.
2) Cash withdrawal of overflow deposits refers to the withdrawal of the funds overpaid by credit card customers or deposited in credit card accounts in cash.
Examples:
① Mr. Wang's credit card limit is 5, yuan, and the withdrawal limit is 2,5 yuan;
② Mr. Wang consumed 5 yuan;
③ Mr. Wang later deposited 6 yuan in the card, and the excess deposit was 55 yuan;
④ Mr. Wang withdraws cash at the counter of the domestic Bank of Communications.

* Overflow deposit refers to the funds paid in excess or deposited in the credit card account during repayment.
* There is no interest-free repayment period for overdraft cash withdrawal/transfer, and the corresponding cash withdrawal/transfer fee and the interest of .5 ‰/day from the date of entry to the day before repayment are required. Please refer to the charge table of each card product for the specific cash withdrawal/transfer fee standard.
* If cash is advanced through VISA or MasterCard lines in overseas non-US dollar countries and regions, in addition to the handling fee and interest, an additional currency conversion fee is required, which is 1.75% of the transaction amount (the currency conversion fee is not shown as a separate transaction, but directly included in the account amount of the cash advance transaction).
