ICBC will send paper statements to credit card holders on the statement date. Cardholders can mail the card to you at the bank. Check the billing date and repayment date information on the card letter.

Warm reminder: If you do not receive the paper bill or it is lost, you need to make a replacement bill. There is a fee for the replacement bill! The fee standard is: requesting statements from two months ago (exclusive) is 5 yuan/month/issue.

2. ICBC Credit Card Electronic Bills

ICBC Credit Card Electronic Bills include Email bills, SMS bills and online banking bills.

1. Online banking statement inquiry: You can log in to online banking for free inquiry at any time, and print and download the last three statements.

2. SMS banking bill inquiry: Send the SMS "CXZD# card number password or SMS banking password" to query your latest credit card bill details at any time, which is very safe and convenient.

Warm reminder: Among them, Email bills and SMS bills need to be customized by you. Email bills will be sent to your email address on the second day of the billing day; SMS bills will be sent to your email address within three days of the single day. Sent as text message to your reserved mobile phone number.

In addition to the above checking methods, cardholders can check at the bank counter or go to any ICBC branch with their ID card and bank card to check ICBC's credit card bills and balances through manual services.
