2. The bank will issue a loan settlement certificate. After the bank arranges the staff to go through the cancellation procedures at the Housing Authority, it may entrust the Housing Authority to go through the mortgage cancellation procedures. Generally, the bank will automatically cancel the mortgage for you within two working weeks, and then let the bank staff take you to cancel the mortgage registration. The rest is easy to do. You can cancel the mortgage in one day.
It takes three steps to issue a loan. The first step is to settle the loan. After the mortgage is settled, it is impossible to handle the transfer formalities on the day of settlement. Because after the mortgage is settled, you have to go through the formalities of canceling the mortgage. The transfer formalities can only be completed after the mortgage formalities, and it usually takes 10 working days to handle the mortgage. In other words, after paying off the mortgage, it will take about 10 days to transfer the ownership.
