1. The applicant must be between 18 and 60 years old, have a stable job and income, and have the corresponding repayment ability.

2. Card applicants can provide valid personal identification documents, including ID cards, military officer certificates, military family certificates, etc.

3. The applicant’s star rating in ICBC should be above four stars. The higher the star rating, the better the applicant’s personal qualifications.

4. Be able to provide additional proof of financial resources, including bank statements, business dealings with banks, property ownership certificates for various houses and vehicles, and income certificates.
