Have a look. If your credit card has the UnionPay logo on it, you can use it without any fees. UnionPay credit cards can be used in most stores in Thailand. By swiping UnionPay, Thai baht is directly converted into RMB. There is no handling fee. You can just pay back RMB directly when you return home. It is as convenient as swiping a card for consumption in China. You can't use VISA. If you use VISA, you will be charged a handling fee.
