Three months before the card expires, ABC will remind customers that the card is about to expire through relevant channels. If there is no clear telephone to indicate that a new card is no longer needed, ABC will mail the new card to the customer two months before the expiration. Customers can use the new card after receiving the activation, and the card number and password remain unchanged. Please destroy the magnetic stripe chip of the expired card by cutting corners. If the new card fails to be made because the card is not used for a long time, the customer can call the credit card customer service hotline to manually change the card.
