Default again after negotiating repayment
Legal analysis: If the repayment is overdue again after negotiation, you must take the initiative to get in touch with the bank. If it is overdue again, you must show your willingness to repay, but forget to repay on time. As long as the overdue time is not too long, banks will not take punitive measures. In the process of negotiating repayment, the user fails to repay the loan for a long time, which will not only lead to overdue fees, but also require the user to settle all the arrears at one time.
