During the cancellation process, the bank will liquidate the cardholder's account, confirm whether all the arrears have been paid off, and go through relevant procedures. If there is unrecorded consumption before applying for account cancellation, the bank can also charge the cardholder the corresponding fee during this period. After the 45-day risk period is cancelled, the bank can no longer charge the cardholder any fees.
