Credit card cancellation certificate cannot be issued at CCB outlets. You need to call the customer service hotline behind the credit card, which will be issued by CCB Credit Card Center, and then mailed to you according to your reserved billing address (registered letter, or express delivery is also required). The cancellation certificate can only be issued 45 days after the cancellation of the credit card.
