1. First mailing: AutoExpress label card and AutoExpress credit card will be put in the same envelope and sent by express mail.
2. It's not the first time to mail: If you don't receive it for the first time, you can call the credit card customer service hotline 4006695566 to report the loss of your credit card. After you receive a new credit card and activate it for 2 working days, you can call the customer service center again to report the loss of the AutoExpress tag card. The reissued AutoExpress label card will be sent to you by express mail.
