You can report the loss of your credit card at Bank of China Mobile Banking. On the Credit Card-Credit Information and Settings page, select the credit card you need to report loss, click the "Report Loss/Replacement Card" link in account basic information-card status, select the report loss type (report loss/replacement card), select your authentication tool, and click Next. The page displays the loss reporting information of the credit card. After passing the security authentication tool, click OK. The page shows that the credit card loss report has been submitted successfully.
