When you receive the card, please sign the signature field on the back of the card promptly. Please keep your signature consistent when making purchases in the future. Then open the card and set the password as follows:
(1) Telephone activation: Use the home phone number or mobile phone you reserved on the application form to call the bank’s 24-hour credit card service hotline 400-828-9188. Follow the voice prompts to activate your card and set your transaction password and query password.
(2) SMS activation: Use the mobile phone number registered in the bank to edit the SMS "last four digits of JH card number" and send it to 1069000796067. For example, edit the text message "JH1234" and send it to 1069000796067, and the Suzhou Bank credit card with the card number ending in 1234 can be activated.
(3) WeChat activation: Add the bank's WeChat official account "Suzhou Bank Credit Card" and follow it. Select "Business Processing" and "Credit Card Activation" in the menu bar.
The transaction password is used for consumption and cash withdrawal at merchants with the UnionPay logo; the query password is used for handling business over the phone. You can change your password at the bank's ATM or call the bank's credit card service hotline to reset your password.
For high-quality cardholders who meet the prescribed conditions, Bank of Suzhou can upgrade their ordinary cards to gold cards upon their application or active invitation. The validity period of the upgraded card will be calculated from the month when the card is issued for the upgrade, and the annual fee will be calculated according to the new card standard. After the new card is activated, the old card is automatically canceled and the account limit is updated to the limit approved by the new card.
