In China, you can use your credit card and transaction password to withdraw RMB cash at the counter of China Merchants Bank. Outside the country, you can withdraw local currency at the bank counter marked VISA, MasterCard or JCB with valid ID and credit card.

4. Online banking advances cash

As long as you have both CMB credit card and one-card card, you can log in to CMB credit card online banking, select account management → advance cash, and immediately transfer the money you need from your credit card account to your one-card account according to the system prompt.
