I. 3 days overdue
Only three days is considered as unintentional overdue, and three days can almost be understood as no overdue, because most banks have time-tolerance service. The so-called time-tolerance means that the repayment date can be appropriately postponed, usually 2-9 natural days after the repayment date, as long as the repayment is not overdue within the grace period. For the specific grace period, friends can consult the corresponding issuing bank. Since the posting time of each bank is different, it is recommended not to wait until the last repayment time to repay, but to do it in advance. In addition, for friends who hold ICBC cards, note that this bank has no time to repay, and it may be subject to credit investigation if it is overdue for one second.
Second, 30 days overdue.
If it is overdue for about 30 days, you can try to negotiate with the bank and pay off the arrears at the same time. It is possible that the overdue records have not been reported to the central bank during this period. You can explain the situation to the bank and ask for forgiveness. But the cardholder's statement must be credible and convincing. It is best to explain the situation to the bank before you are overdue, and see if you can do something in stages to ease the repayment pressure.
The three most common situations that lead to overdue, see which one you are:
Case 1: Automatic repayment fails, depending on the responsible party. If it is because of the bank's own repayment application, the bank is in debt.
Case 2: Too many credit cards, forgetting to repay. This is my own reason. It is suggested to consult the bank to see if we can resume credit reporting.
Case 3: The wrong card number was entered and given to others when repaying. This is embarrassing, but the possibility of this situation is actually very small. After all, repayment needs your real name information.
3. 90 days overdue
Three months is so overdue, and we can no longer use forgetting to repay the loan to prevaricate, let alone not deducting the money for three times or entering the wrong card number. Find out the reason for the overdue, whether the annual fee is overdue or stuck in the process. If the annual fee is overdue, you can continue to negotiate with the bank. If the card is stolen, be sure to ask the bank. This is a criminal case, because the state has clearly protected personal privacy, and the opening of credit cards can only be activated by going to the outlets or the Commissioner for examination.
There is no reason for overdue due to lack of money, so use the card, repay on time, and maintain a good credit record. After 24 months, bad credit records will naturally be covered.
Four, overdue for more than 90 days.
If the repayment is overdue for more than 90 days, then the cardholder must have experienced various repayment reminders, often the third party collects the company, and even is greeted by relatives and friends, which is really hateful. It is necessary to show the other party that debt is a personal act and has nothing to do with others, and you should know how to keep evidence that is beneficial to you.
Because it is now clearly stipulated that the collection shall not be directed at a second person other than the debtor. If the collection affects the family, so good, please keep the evidence and sue the collection unit. It is not feasible to owe money to repay and maliciously harass others.
In fact, the reason why many people are overdue is that they really can't afford it. Do they just have to wait for the deadline? Of course not. There are many options to solve the temporary repayment pressure and protect the credit record. Minimum repayment or bill installment is one way. If you want to save some expenses, you can also use the function of modifying the bill date to delay repayment for one bill cycle.
