In this way, the new card can completely replace the old card without losing any property or affecting the continued use of the card. See below. Can an ICBC credit card be reissued in a different place if it is lost?

After an ICBC credit card is lost, it can be reissued in another place, but remember to report the loss before reissuing to avoid the credit limit in the card being stolen. If an ICBC credit card is lost, it can be reissued locally or elsewhere. The loss can be reported online or offline.

After losing your ICBC credit card, log in to ICBC’s mobile banking immediately, click on the corresponding card on the credit card page, and select Settings - Report Loss to formally report the loss of your credit card. Reporting the loss of the main card will not affect the use of the secondary card; credit cards with abnormal status such as card cancellation, judicial freeze, and electronic cash will not be accepted; if you still owe money after reporting the loss of a credit card, please repay it on time.

After reporting the loss of your credit card, please bring your valid identity documents to the off-site business outlet to handle the loss reporting and re-opening procedures. The agent must provide the valid documents of both parties. If the card number changes after the card is reported as lost, please repay it to the new card number if you have any debt.

Charges for credit card loss and replacement:

1 Loss report: credit card, quasi-credit card, international debit card 20 yuan/card, special card 10 yuan/card, business card Card, platinum card and above are free;

2 new loss reports: 10 yuan/card for standard chip cards, no more than 40 yuan/card for ordinary material non-standard chip cards, no more than 40 yuan/card for special material non-standard chip cards 1,000 yuan/card, the maximum fee for smart cards is not more than 500 yuan/card, color photo cards are charged an additional 50 yuan/card according to the card type they are attached to, and magnetic stripe cards and business cards (excluding smart cards and color photo cards) are free.

Most ICBC credit card replacements after loss can be obtained on the same day. If you do not get the card on the same day, you can also choose to mail it, but you need to pay the mailing fee yourself.
