1. Go directly to the CCB counter and ask the staff to cancel. Generally, you will fill in the application form and need to bring your ID card and bank card.

2. Call CCB Credit Card Customer Service, and the customer service staff will verify the basic information. If the verification is successful, it will help to cancel (there is usually a customer service phone number of the bank in the lower right corner of the back of the credit card).
