1. Log in to China Merchants Bank mobile banking or online banking. You can use your username and password to log in to China Merchants Bank's mobile banking or online banking platform.

2. Enter the main credit card page. After logging in, find the entrance or menu related to the credit card and enter the main credit card page.

3. Click on the menus such as "My Credit Card - Card Services - Change Card". On the main credit card page, look for related menu options. There will be a "My Credit Card" or similar entry. Select "Card Services" or similar options, and then select "Change Card" and other related menus.

4. Enter the "Card Replacement Application" page and fill in the relevant information. On the "Card Replacement Application" page, you need to fill in some relevant information, such as selecting a new card type, repayment account, etc. Make sure to fill it out accurately and confirm the application information.

5. Submit the application and wait for review. After completing the filling, click Submit Application. China Merchants Bank will review the application, which will take about 2 working days.

6. New card mailing and activation. After approval, China Merchants Bank will mail the new card to the address provided when applying for the card. After receiving the new card, carefully check the new card information, open a new card account, and settle the outstanding balance before the new card activation date. You also need to cancel the automatic repayment service of the original card and the corresponding authorization.
