Each ticket purchased at regular fare is valid for 30 days from the designated entry date.

Priority Certificates and Unlimited Priority Certificates

One-day ticket holders can enjoy priority entry to all of your favorite rides and attractions by purchasing additional Priority Cards or Unlimited Priority Cards Field rights. They can join another group an unlimited number of times at designated attractions to shorten wait times.

Priority Pass: can only be used once (1) at each designated attraction, ticket prices start at S$30.

With an unlimited number of priority passes: you can join another group an unlimited number of times at each designated attraction. Ticket prices start from S$50.

Are hotel guests guaranteed to get tickets?

Tickets reserved for hotel guests are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Since tickets are limited, guests are encouraged to reserve tickets at check-in.

Do Universal Studios tickets include all attractions? Is there any additional charge?

Once you enter Universal Studios Singapore, you can enjoy all attractions and roller coasters except the S$10 "Amber Wall Climb". You can also consider purchasing a priority express card to shorten the waiting time in line.

Why does the Amber Climbing Wall cost extra?

Rock climbing, a challenging sport, will definitely enrich your park experience. However, since the climbing wall can only allow a limited number of participants at the same time, visitors who want to try the Amber Climbing Wall must pay an additional fee.

What preferred payment methods can I use?

For your convenience, we offer a variety of payment methods, including cash, credit/debit card, NETS and United Bank of China. The types of credit cards we accept include VISA, Mastercard and AmericanExpress. We also accept Alipay online payment.

Are tickets transferable?

Unused tickets are transferable. Once inside Universal Studios, tickets can only be used by the same person.

Can I get a refund for my admission ticket?

Unfortunately, once tickets are sold, there are no refunds.

I lost my ticket and can't remember my confirmation number. Is there any other way to prove I bought a ticket?

If you ordered tickets online or through Resorts Worldwide's call center, you can reprint unused tickets at the customer service counter. However, if tickets were purchased on site, we cannot reprint them. If it turns out that the lost tickets have been stolen by others, we will not be able to print them separately.

Can I leave and re-enter after entering the park?

Tickets can be used throughout the day. If you have to leave temporarily, ask for a stamp at the exit. Afterwards, you can re-enter the park with your valid stamp and admission ticket. Some special programs and performances may require additional tickets.

I cannot visit the theme park at the moment. Can I go another day?

Please note that once any transaction is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded or modified.

What is the ideal entrance attire?

For the best garden experience, please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Maybe you should consider bringing an extra change of clothes as some attractions can make you wet. There are paid storage bins available in the park for people to use. Dress appropriately when visiting the park and avoid excessive nudity.

Although most areas of Universal Studios are covered or indoors, there are some areas that are affected by the weather. If the weather is bad, some attractions will be temporarily closed to the public.

If Universal Studios closes due to bad weather, can I request a refund?

Due to weather conditions, Universal Studios will not be fully closed and refund requests will not be processed.

Can I bring food and drinks into the park?

Universal Studios’ theme restaurants and food stalls provide a variety of food for visitors to enjoy. Nonetheless, we understand that some visitors may have to bring their own food.

Baby strollers are recommended for children between 10 months and 2 years old.
