2. Persons under any of the following circumstances may not register for the national unified legal professional qualification examination:
(1) Those who have been criminally punished for intentional crimes;
(2) Having been dismissed from public office or having had his lawyer's practice certificate or notary's practice certificate revoked;
(3) the legal professional qualification certificate has been revoked;
(4) Those who are not allowed to register for the national unified legal professional qualification examination within two years or are not allowed to register for the national unified legal professional qualification examination (national judicial examination) for life;
(5) Being identified as the joint disciplinary object of dishonesty by the relevant state units due to serious dishonesty and being included in the national credit information sharing platform;
(6) Being banned from legal professional treatment for life due to other circumstances.
if a person under any of the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph has gone through the registration formalities, the registration is invalid; Those who have already taken the exam will have invalid test results.

3. If the scores of objective questions in the 219 legal professional qualification examination reach the national unified qualified score line or the qualified score line is relaxed, the qualified scores will be valid in the 22 legal professional qualification examination. Among them, those who reach the national unified qualified score line can confirm to take the subjective test in 22 when registering for the subjective test, and those who meet the relaxation policy can apply for the relaxation policy at the same time; Those who have relaxed the qualified scores can sign up for the 22 objective test and subjective test, or directly confirm their participation in the 22 subjective test.
4. Applicants can choose to use Chinese or Mongolian papers to take the exam in our district. Candidates should use the same language test paper to take the objective test and the subjective test.
(II) Confirmation of registration conditions
1. Except for full-time undergraduate graduates from ordinary colleges and military academies in 221 and recent master's graduates applying for the same academic qualifications, the professional qualifications for registration shall be subject to the academic degree certificate possessed by the applicants at the time of registration.
22 undergraduate graduates from ordinary colleges and universities who have completed their studies but have not yet obtained academic degree certificates and 22 undergraduate graduates from continuing education (including online education, adult education, open university, etc.) can register; Those who take part in the self-study examination of higher education, who have obtained all the qualified scores in a single subject before September 3, 22 and obtained the graduation certificate within this year, can register. At the end of the examination, qualified personnel should submit graduation certificates and other materials within the prescribed time limit for qualification application according to the information confirmed and promised in online registration. If they can't submit them within the prescribed time limit without justifiable reasons, they will be regarded as not meeting the prescribed registration conditions, and the examination results will be invalid.
2. The valid graduation certificates for enrolling in the national unified legal professional qualification examination in 22 are:
(1) graduation certificates issued by adult institutions of higher learning and ordinary institutions of higher learning (including scientific research institutions that train graduate students) approved by the education administrative department of the State Council;
(2) Graduation certificates issued by higher education self-study examination committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government authorized by the National Higher Education Self-study Examination Committee after passing the higher education self-study examination and higher education diploma examination;
(3) Graduation certificates obtained by students who have been approved by the education administrative department of the State Council, incorporated into the national enrollment plan and taken part in the national unified examination;
(4) the graduation certificate of distance (network) education issued by ordinary colleges and universities that have implemented the pilot network education with the approval of the education administrative department of the State Council;
(5) The graduation certificate issued by the Ministry of Education, the former General Staff Department of the People's Liberation Army and the former General Political Department of the People's Liberation Army on the Interim Provisions on the Administration of Academic Certificates in China People's Liberation Army Colleges and Universities.
3. The application of relaxing academic qualifications is subject to the household registration of applicants at the time of registration, that is, if the household registration is in the relaxed place at the time of registration, they can apply according to the academic qualifications determined by the relaxation policy.
4. Regarding whether the graduation certificate of the applicants belongs to the national education sequence or the academic qualifications recognized by the education administrative department of the State Council, the query result of the website of the National College Student Information Consulting and Employment Guidance Center of the Ministry of Education shall prevail. If the query fails, the applicants need to promise that if they pass the examination, they must submit the "China Higher Education Academic Certification Report" issued by the National College Student Information Consulting and Employment Guidance Center of the Ministry of Education within the specified qualification application period. Those who apply for academic degree certificates from Hongkong, Macau, Taiwan Province or foreign institutions of higher learning must be certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Those who meet the requirements for applying for academic degrees can sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination. For the specific requirements of academic degree certification abroad, please refer to the website of the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education (www.cscse.edu.cn).

4. upload photos of electronic certificates
applicants should provide their bareheaded photos of electronic certificates in color (red, blue and white background) in the past three months that meet the requirements of the prescribed format (413 pixels wide by 626 pixels high). Photos must be clear and complete; It is necessary to show shoulders, ears and eyebrows, and it is not allowed to upload full-body photos, landscape photos, life photos, suspenders (suspenders) shirts, art photos, side photos, irregular mobile phone photos, etc. Do not wear jewelry or thick glasses (covering facial features will affect identity verification during the exam); Photos are not allowed to be stretched or beautified by PS (the proportion of photos is inconsistent with my real situation, and the beautification of photos will affect the identity verification during the exam).

those who apply for the relaxation policy must have a local household registration that relaxes the qualifications for registration. When registering online, you should upload the electronic photos of the first page of the household registration book and my page.
5. Fill in the information and confirm the commitment
Applicants should truthfully and accurately fill in their personal information, make a true and effective commitment to the registration information, and be responsible for the authenticity of the substantive contents of the materials. Full-time undergraduate graduates from ordinary colleges and military academies in 221 and fresh graduates with equivalent academic qualifications should sign the "Commitment Letter for Fresh Graduates" when registering online. Those who participated in the self-study examination of higher education and obtained all the qualified scores of single subjects before September 3, 22 and obtained the graduation certificate this year shall fill in the Statement of Qualified Scores of Single Subjects when registering online, and sign the Commitment Letter of Qualified Scores of Single Subjects on the examination registration system from October 15 to October 19; If the letter of commitment is not signed within the time limit, the registration will be invalid and the admission ticket will not be printed.
if an applicant fills in false information or fraudulently enrolls by other means, the judicial administrative organ will deal with it in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations in the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination and other regulations.
6. photo review and confirmation
the judicial administrative organ will review and confirm the electronic photos uploaded by the applicants. After the electronic photos are uploaded, the applicants will log on to the website of the Ministry of Justice to inquire about the photo review. At the same time, the judicial administrative organ will inform the applicants of the photo review and confirmation results by sending a short message to them. If you fail to pass the examination and confirmation, you must upload photos again until the examination and confirmation pass; If you refuse to upload the photo again or upload the same photo repeatedly, you will not be able to pay online and you will not be able to complete the registration.
7. Pay the examination fee online
The objective examination fee standard of the national unified legal professional qualification examination in 22 in our region is 21 yuan. The deadline for online payment is 24: on August 16th.
after the applicant pays the examination fee, the registration place cannot be changed. If the registration is invalid because the applicant does not meet the registration conditions or personal reasons, the examination fee will not be refunded.
after the online payment is successful, the registration system will give a prompt message, and the applicants must remember their login password in order to query the registration information, download and print the admission ticket and the notice of test results.
8. Print the admission ticket
Applicants for the objective test are allowed to issue an admission ticket if they meet the requirements of the examination after being examined by the judicial administrative organ. Applicants can download and print the admission ticket on the website of the Ministry of Justice from October 21st to October 3th.
(III) Setting of test areas
All the 12 cities in our region that took the objective test of the national unified legal professional qualification examination in 22 set up separate test areas, namely Hohhot test area, Baotou test area, Hulunbeier test area, Xing 'an test area, Tongliao test area, Chifeng test area, Xilingol test area, Wulanchabu test area, Ordos test area, Bayannur test area, Wuhai test area and Alashan test area.
(IV) Examination Time and Method

The national unified legal professional qualification examination implements a national unified proposition. The "22 National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination Outline" formulated and published by the Ministry of Justice is the basis for the proposition.
