When activating IOUs, in order to protect the security of the account, it is necessary to bind the account's own bank card, and the bank card information can be verified before it can be successfully activated. Please refer to the page for specific supported bank cards.

Process:

1. First, log in to the JD.COM website and click Login on the home page.

2. Enter the JD.COM account and click Login.

3. Log in successfully, go to the home page and click My JD.COM.

4. On my JD.COM page, find the JD.COM white bar in the left column, and then click Enter.

5. Enter the JD.COM White Page, and the activation will start from below. Click the Activate Now button.

6. Prompt to bind the bank card. If it is already bound, skip this part; Unbound bank card, click Unbind.

7. Select the information of the bank card (credit card or savings card) to be bound, and then click Next.

8. Enter the bank card information and click Next.

9. Message of successful binding.

10. Return to Step 5 below, continue to click Activate Now, and enter the data of the received information. This information cannot be changed after submission. Fill it out and click Activate Now.
