3. Enterprise text message notification cancellation method: The following application materials need to be provided to the account opening bank: (1) "Electronic Banking Service Application Form (Enterprise)", the content of the application form must not be altered, and the account to be registered must be stamped The seal and official seal of the enterprise shall be retained, and shall be signed and sealed by the legal representative or authorized agent of the enterprise. (2) A copy of the legal representative’s valid identity document. (3) Original and copy of the handler’s valid identity document. (4) "Legal Person Authorization Letter", signed and sealed by the legal representative or authorized agent of the enterprise, and stamped with the official seal of the enterprise. When the legal representative handles the matter in person, there is no need to provide a "Legal Person Authorization Letter"; when an authorized agent handles the matter in person, there is no need to provide a "Legal Person Authorization Letter", but a copy of the legal representative's letter to the authorized agent is required.
