Some credit unions have credit cards. To be qualified to issue credit cards, a bank must reach a certain scale and must be approved by the Banking Regulatory Bureau before it can issue cards. Rural credit cooperatives are generally not qualified to issue credit cards.
So usually, most rural credit cooperatives do not have credit card business. However, some rural credit cooperatives have also launched credit card services and quasi-debit card services. However, quasi-debit cards usually don’t have high credit limits. If you want to handle corresponding business, you can go to the local rural credit cooperative branch for consultation.
