Small-amount accounts refer to the average daily RMB deposit balance during the statistical period (including the total amount of card accounts and contracts) ) RMB personal deposit accounts (including current passbooks, debit cards, and card-in-one accounts) that are less than the prescribed starting point for charging.

For small-amount accounts that meet the charging conditions, a small-amount account service fee of 3 yuan will be charged on the evening of the 23rd at the end of each quarter. If there are insufficient funds in the account at the time of deduction, it will be credited to the system. If there are sufficient funds in the account the next time, it will be deducted in one go.

The statistical period refers to the day after the interest settlement date of the previous quarter (inclusive) to the interest settlement date of this quarter (inclusive), that is: the 21st of the last month of each quarter to the 20th of the last month of the next quarter.

The standard starting point for charging is generally the daily average deposit balance of 500 yuan (exclusive), which is subject to the regulations of each branch.

Warm reminder:

1. When the debit card is not activated, the bank charges a small account management fee; debit card supplementary cards do not charge small account management fees.

2. The small account service fee for a debit card converted into one account is only charged for one account.

3. Category 2 accounts (with physical cards) opened over the counter are charged the same category of account debit cards. That is, annual fees, small account management fees, etc. will be charged to the debit cards of second-category households, and will be waived for those who meet the conditions for exemption. There is no annual fee for second-category accounts (virtual accounts) and small account management fees.

4. For accounts that have signed financial management or large-denomination certificate of deposit products, the bank will charge small account management fees.
