Low discount rate, zero discount rate and special types of merchants do not calculate points, including but not limited to: real estate, wholesale, automobile sales, gambling, securities payment, public utilities, medical institutions, government agencies, charitable and non-profit organizations, some online transactions, tent and awning shops, university fees, legal services, telephone charges, insurance premiums, tax payment, and payment on behalf of others.
