(1) Open the login page of CITIC Online Banking, select "Install Online Banking Security Control", and the file download box will pop up (2) Click "Save", save the installation file locally, and double-click the downloaded executable File CNCBSecPkg.exe to enter the installation process; or click "Run" to directly install the security control (3) Click "Next", and then click "Install" to enter the installation process;

(4) Click "Finish" to complete the installation process.

Note: If you have ever used CITIC Bank’s personal online banking, that is, you have installed an old version of the security control, you need to restart the machine.
