Legal basis: According to Article 13 of the Work Standard for Handling Missing Persons by Public Security Organs, the police in charge of searching should seriously ask the helper for information about the missing person, make an inquiry record, and may ask the helper to provide recent photos of the missing person. According to the specific circumstances of the missing person and the needs of the search work, the inquiry record shall record the following contents as far as possible:
(1) Name, address, unit, relationship with the missing person and contact information;
(2) The missing person's name, previous name, alias, nickname, sex, age, nationality, blood type, height, physical features (especially outstanding body surface and teeth features), accent, communication relationship, history of mental illness, name and number of identity documents, vehicle number plate, driver's license number, telephone number and network contact numbers such as QQ and MSN;
(3) the domicile, domicile, work unit or school of the missing person;
(4) The time and place of the last appearance of the missing person;
(5) Words and deeds, wearing clothes and carrying articles before disappearance;
(6) the hobbies and habits of the missing person, the activities that he planned to participate in before his disappearance, and the places where he frequented;
(seven) the possible reasons for the disappearance and the possible whereabouts of the missing person;
(8) relatives, friends and units of the missing person. Find your own situation through other ways and methods, and inform the helper of the necessity of continuing to find yourself.
(9) Other information related to missing persons.
