To inquire or activate the overseas credit limit of CITIC Bank credit card, you can reply the text message: "JHHW + the last four digits of the card" to 106980095558, and try to apply to activate the overseas exclusive limit. A text message will be sent to the cardholder to inform the cardholder whether the activation is successful or not.
