Cardholders must keep relevant consumption vouchers for cash payment, and promise that Shanghai Pudong Development Bank has the right to check whether the payment is used for the agreed purpose by inquiring about the transaction records of RMB settlement accounts of debit cards with the same name in the cardholder's name, account analysis, voucher inspection or on-site investigation.

If the cardholder fails to use the cash as agreed or fails to effectively prove that the cash is used for the agreed purpose, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank has the right to require the cardholder to pay off all the arrears immediately, and at the same time, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank will have the right to refuse the cardholder's application for handling the business again.
