First, if you apply for a refund of excess payment in US dollars, you need to withdraw from a foreign currency savings account in the name of the cardholder that can accept US dollar cash. You cannot withdraw US dollar cash directly.

Second, if the US dollar excess payment is due to consumption returns or tax refunds, you can apply to transfer the US dollar excess payment into RMB and transfer it to the RMB account of the same credit card, turning it into RMB excess payment. Make a payment, or offset the balance in your RMB account.
