The word "password" will be displayed on the screen and there will be a progress bar on the left. When all the progress bars disappear, a dynamic password will be changed. The dynamic password is effective when it does not disappear and can be used for operations such as online payment.

Let’s talk about the latter, the challenge-response model. This mode was born out of the need for greater security. You can Baidu the challenge response mode here, and I won’t explain it in detail. Let’s talk in detail about how to use it on GF Key. In fact, it is very simple to use. In the dynamic password mode, click "Challenge" in the lower left corner to enter the challenge response mode. The screen displays the word "Challenge", and "1--------" is displayed below. 1 means the first page, and the 8 "-" after 1 means that up to 8 numbers can be entered. Just enter no more than 8 digits on this screen, then press "Password", and then the screen will display "Challenge Password" and the following 6-digit response code. This response code is fed back to you by the server, and it has been legally authenticated and can be used for online transactions.

The difference between the two is also very obvious. The dynamic password mode is convenient and does not require any operation. You can enter it according to the prompts and you can conduct online transactions. Summed up as convenience.
