The new Kaka number will not change, the validity period will be automatically extended, and the security verification code will change.

2. BOC will not automatically issue a new card after the expiration of the card that does not meet the conditions for card replacement. If you need a useful card, you can call the Bank of China Credit Card Customer Service Hotline at 46695566, and a staff member of the Bank of China will try to help you manually renew a new card.

3. When you receive a new card, please activate it. Once the new card is activated, the old card will be invalidated immediately. Since the validity period and security verification code of the new card will change, if the third-party payment platform you are bound to needs to verify the new validity period and security verification code, please re-bind it according to the requirements of the third-party payment platform.

Reminder: Bank of China has stopped issuing individual cards, so it is unable to handle the business of replacing cards, replacing cards at maturity and replacing cards after reporting the loss.
