As a settlement provider, China Merchants Bank is not responsible for coordinating disputes between customers and merchants. In case of commodity quality problems, China Merchants Bank can assist cardholders to contact and communicate. During the dispute settlement process, the orderer shall continue to pay the payment to China Merchants Bank in accordance with this clause and the agreed terms. The aforementioned disputes shall not affect the right of China Merchants Bank to recover the arrears from the cardholders.

2. Agreement on after-sales service of goods

(1) If it is necessary to cancel or return the product due to special reasons such as product quality problems or the seller's shortage, the orderer can contact the seller and negotiate to solve it according to the national quality three guarantees regulations.

② The seller will provide the quality and after-sales service of the goods in strict accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of China, and the orderer can consult the seller for relevant information through the product description, warranty card, invoice and other relevant materials attached to the ordered goods.
