Hello! You can check loan information through the following channels:

1. Palm Bank: Please log in to Personal Bank, click All → Loan → View Details to query.

2. Online banking: Please log in to personal online banking, click Loans → My Loans, and query through "My Loans" or "Historical Loans".

3. Customer service hotline: Please call the Agricultural Bank of China customer service hotline 95599 to inquire about personal loan information (inquiries about provident fund loans are not currently supported).

4. Counter: The card owner is required to bring his/her valid identity document and the original account copy of the repayment voucher to the loan handling bank for verification.

Warm reminder:

1. Personal mobile banking and personal online banking only support inquiries by counter-registered customers. Self-registered customers can inquire through our customer service hotline or the loan bank.

2. For personal provident fund loans, please contact the lending bank for inquiries.

3. The loan account number (not the repayment card number bound to the loan) can be inquired at the loan bank with a valid ID.

4. For credit card car installment loans, you can call our credit card center at 4006695599 to inquire.
