Individual customers apply for a Lutong A card in their own name and bind a Bank of China credit card (Aidia Auto Card) as a toll deduction account (one-to-one).

Materials required to apply for an ETC card:

1. The credit card holder and the driving license owner are the same person:

(1) Original valid ID;

(2) Original driving license (passenger vehicle within the province);

(3) Qualifying credit card;

(4) Individual from Bank of China, Shandong Branch Customer Lutong A Card (non-stop toll on expressway) business application form" (in duplicate, signed at the counter, one copy kept by the customer and one copy kept by the outlet).

2. The credit card holder and the owner of the driving license are not the same person:

(1) Original valid documents of both the credit card holder and the driving license owner;

(2) Original driving license (provincial bus);

(3) Qualified credit card;

(4) "Lutong, a personal customer of Bank of China Shandong Branch" A Card (non-stop toll on expressway) business application form" (in duplicate, signed at the counter, one copy kept by the customer and one copy kept by the outlet).

Warm reminder: Currently, only non-operating bus ETC services are provided within the province.
