If UnionPay and VISA logo are printed on the card, it is a dual-label card, which can be swiped in the domestic UnionPay channel for consumption. If you only hold a single-label foreign currency card of VISA, you can't spend it in China for the time being, but you can spend it through overseas visa channels.
