Credit cards need to be activated before they can be used. Credit cards can be opened through telephone banking, directly through online banking, or at the bank counter.

1. Credit card opening process by phone: Call the credit card’s 24-hour customer service hotline and follow the prompts. After selecting the Chinese service in the voice call, select a credit card, enter the credit card number, the credit card expiration date and the three-digit security verification code on the back of the card and let customer service help you open the card.

2. Credit card online banking card opening process: Log in to the bank's official website, click on the homepage of the Credit Card Center, click on the card opening on the right and set a password. Verify the credit card application reservation information, such as home phone number, ID number, etc.

Three: Credit card bank counter opening process: Hold your ID card and credit card, fill in the special business application form, and let the staff handle the activation of the credit card.
