I joined Bank of Communications right after graduation, and finally resigned from Bank of Communications some time ago. It is reasonable to say that if you leave, it will pass, and you should not speak ill of Bank of Communications. But after reading so many comments upstairs, I can't help it.
I'm not an extreme person, but the rules and systems of Bank of Communications and the indifferent colleagues and leaders really make me hate. At one time, I was tortured and sometimes I couldn't even control my emotions. I often collapsed and hurriedly went to a place where no one was there to cry.
Bank of Communications doesn't treat grass-roots employees as people at all. When we first joined the bank, there were 24 people in our class, all of whom were lively and cheerful. By the last time I chatted with them on Tencent, everyone became extremely negative. Everyone has expressed the intention of wanting or preparing to resign. I believe that if there is an opportunity to transfer directly to CCB as a teller, all 24 people will pack up and leave happily. Unfortunately, there are many people in Harbin and few opportunities, so it is hard to find decent jobs. Now few of these friends have a chance to leave. Watching everyone get fat one by one (caused by lack of exercise and depression! ), I am also anxious for them.
when it comes to quitting, it's not very pleasant either. Because too many people resigned at the same time, Bank of Communications came up with a plan that they must go to work for one month during the confidentiality period, otherwise they will be dismissed as absenteeism for five days. There was an employee in Qiqihar branch who didn't believe in evil and stopped working after submitting his resignation application. As a result, he was really fired.
and I didn't get paid at all during this month's secrecy period. Ok, anyway, the salary is not much, so I spent money to be redeemed! However, redemption is also quite frustrating, and it has to be signed by more than a dozen department heads. I'm a small teller who deserves so much trouble. A watch ran for seven or eight days before it was signed. Finally, I can leave the Bank of Communications. I just want to cheer in my heart, I don't give up at all, really.
advise everyone who has graduated or not to graduate to cherish their lives and stay away from Bank of Communications.
