Phone setting: You can dial 40088-95558 to set/modify/reset the transaction password through the automatic voice service; If you forget the credit card transaction password, you can reset the credit card transaction password through the menu "Personal data modification and transaction password setting". Select 1→3→2 to set the telephone service password, and 1→3→3 to set the transaction password.

2.ATM setting: It can also be modified on any ATM of CITIC Bank.

3. Online banking settings: log in to CITIC Credit Card Online Banking and modify it yourself.

4. Quick online banking settings: log in to online banking, click Forgotten Password in the login interface, reset the telephone service password according to the prompt, and select Personal Settings → Set Transaction Password → Reset.

5. If it is a newly received credit card, you can't set the password on the ATM. You need to dial 40088-95558, press 1 and then press 2 to open the card. Subsequently, you can dial 40088-95558 153 to set the password, and then select 1 after 40088-9558 154 to set the consumption with password and signature. As long as the transaction password is set, it can be modified on the ATM.
