Solution:
1. If your computer has not installed the USBKey driver, please first install the corresponding driver according to the USBKey type. 2. Please check whether your IE browser is version 6.0 or above. The browser recommended by Bank of Communications Personal Online Banking is IE6.0 or above. If it is lower than this version, it is recommended that you upgrade.
3. It is recommended to install the Bank of Communications Online Banking Wizard and use the "Installation Wizard" function to optimize and adjust the configuration options of your IE browser. Please try to log in again after optimization is completed.
If the Bank of Communications Online Banking Wizard finds no abnormalities but still cannot log in successfully, please perform the following steps:
4. Check whether the certificate in the USBKey is damaged
According to the type of your USBKey, please execute the corresponding management tool link on the "Start" -> "Programs" -> "Bank of Communications Online Banking" menu to view the certificate in the USBKey. The corresponding certificates are as follows:

5. If the certificate information is not displayed in the management tool:
(1) Have you downloaded the certificate? If not, please download the certificate first.
(2) Your USBKey may not be plugged in properly. Please change the USB socket. If you still cannot see the certificate through the management tool, please restart your computer and try again.
(3) If you still cannot see the certificate through the management tool, it is recommended that you change to another computer, install the driver, and then insert the USBKey to view the certificate through the management tool.
(4) If all computers still cannot see the certificate through the management tool, your USBKey may be damaged. Please go to the bank counter to purchase a new USBKey, go through the certificate recovery procedures, and download the certificate again.
6. Check whether there is a certificate in the IE browser
If you can view the certificate through the management tool, but still cannot log in to online banking: Please open the IE browser and select "Tools" in the menu "-" "Internet Options" -" "Content" -" "Certificate", you can see the same certificate as the management tool.
If your certificate is not displayed in the IE browser, the USBKey driver may be affected by third-party software or other banks' online banking.
