The act of reporting the loss of credit card repayment is suspected of fabricating facts or concealing the truth for the purpose of illegal possession, which may constitute fraud. Whoever defrauds public or private property in a relatively large amount shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance, and shall also, or shall only, be fined.

At present, a considerable number of cardholders can't make rational consumption, and because of the relaxation of bidding conditions, some cardholders don't even consider their repayment ability at all, just blindly handle cards when they see the immediate interests, which has buried many hidden dangers for the future. It is very undesirable to raise cards with cards.

Article 266 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that whoever defrauds public or private property in a relatively large amount shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance, and shall also or only be fined; If the amount is huge or there are other serious circumstances, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years and shall also be fined; If the amount is especially huge or there are other especially serious circumstances, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years or life imprisonment, and shall also be fined or confiscated. Where there are other provisions in this Law, such provisions shall prevail.

Article 267 Whoever robs public or private property in a relatively large amount or repeatedly robs it shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance and shall also, or shall only, be fined; If the amount is huge or there are other serious circumstances, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years and shall also be fined; If the amount is especially huge or there are other especially serious circumstances, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years or life imprisonment, and shall also be fined or confiscated.

Whoever robs with a murder weapon shall be convicted and punished in accordance with the provisions of Article 263 of this Law.

Article 268 If the crime of gathering people to rob public or private property is relatively large or there are other serious circumstances, the ringleaders and active participants shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance, and shall also be fined; If the amount is huge or there are other particularly serious circumstances, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than 10 years and shall also be fined.
