Although CITIC Bank shares the credit lines of several credit cards, the accounts are independent, and each card will be settled separately after consumption. This requires everyone to remember the amount to be repaid for each card and then repay it according to the corresponding credit card number. If no other card is loaded, it may be expired.
It should be noted here that if the primary card and the secondary card are handled, then after the secondary card is used for consumption, the account will be credited to the corresponding primary card, which can only be repaid in the primary card account, and the secondary card does not need to be repaid separately.
What if I return the wrong card?
Card-to-card business, you can transfer the wrong amount in the credit card to the card number of the credit card that should be returned. There are three specific ways:
Dynamic card space APP: log in to the dynamic space APP, click "My-Card Management-Value Transfer", and click the card to be transferred out according to the prompt to operate;
CITIC Bank Online Banking: Log in to online banking, click Card Management → Card-to-Card Service, and follow the prompts;
Telephone consultation: call the customer service hotline 40088-95558 and then transfer to manual service, and ask the staff to help transfer the money to the credit card that should be repaid.
