Basic model: There is no production fee. The first-year annual fee will be paid or waived by China Merchants Bank or its partners in advance for you. The annual fee will be waived within one full year of your card’s validity (from the date of card issuance, not a natural year). If you spend 6 times with the card (no limit on amount or form), the annual fee of the card for the next year will be reduced. And until the new annual fee discount policy changes are notified, this discount will be valid for a long time.

Collection money: The production fee is 50 yuan/piece, and the annual fee is permanently waived.
