1. Applicants need to provide personal identification documents and copies. If the applicant is a foreigner, he/she needs to provide his/her passport (personal data page and visa validity page), or if Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents apply, he/she needs to provide a passport for residents to travel to and from the mainland, or a home visit permit for Hong Kong and Macao compatriots, or a copy of a passport for Taiwan Province residents to travel to and from the mainland;
Two, the applicant's work certificate, joint proof materials such as a copy of the work permit stamped with the official seal of the unit or the original work certificate issued by the unit;
3. Proof documents of the applicant's personal assets, such as the original income certificate issued by the unit, or the original bank deposit certificate, or a copy of the payroll record issued by the bank showing the applicant's name, or a copy of the income tax withholding certificate, or a copy of its own real estate license, etc.
